Provide sufficient detail on the drawings to evaluate the energy compliance of the building envelope. The information shall, as a minimum, include U-factors of the envelope systems and fenestration components, along with the R-values of the insulation and the SHGC for the fenestration. Ref; Submitted Outdoor Lighting Compliance. The exterior lighting at the fuel storage area does not qualify for the Special area exemption 701.3 per definition. Please provide complete Outdoor Lighting Code Compliance as required per section 104 (Exterior Lighting Plan Submittal Requirements) for the ‘Z2’ luminaires. The ‘Z1’ under canopy luminaire are exempt as stated.

Provide a note on the plans for wiring methods in hazardous areas are to comply with NEC 514 and 515 articles.

Provide a Grounding Electrode System at the Fuel Facility Structure as required per NEC 250.32.
