Zoning acknowledges that you provide copies of the last approved DP with your building permit submittal but as stated below “This DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and shall be submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using the Submission Type “Site Review”. As this site is considered a Non-Residential, UDC Article 6.3.3.C, and you are proposing changes to the site, covered parking, a Development Package (DP) is required. This DP shall at a minimum meet the requirements of the checklist for Minor Changes to a Commercial/Industrial Site found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. This DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and shall be submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using the Submission Type “Site Review”. 2. Per UDC Article 7.4.6.F.2.a.(1) show the required 1’-0” setback from the shade structure to PAAL’s on you revised DP prior to submitting as requested.
