Food Service is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4). See Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P. 1. This comment was not addressed. The address, 4826 E Speedway, on the application is not correct, provide a new application with the correct address on your next submittal. 2. The proposed addition of vehicle parking along the north side of the building is not allowed, see UDC Article 7.4.6.K. 3. The provided vehicle parking space calculation is not correct. All square footage, including the vacant suites must be accounted for. As there is insufficient vehicle parking to support the addition of this food service use, a Board of Adjustment for Variance would be required to allow the use into this center. Board of Adjustment application/requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/codes/Zoning_Administration_Application_BA_fillable.pdf. The Board of Adjustment is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd-filedrop, using the submission type “Zoning Administration”.
