1.COMMENT: maximum height for an accesory structure in a residential zone is 12'. An additional 10' is allowed for solar equipment. However, the maximum height for the beam must be measured from design grade. Provide height dimensions measured from design grade to top of beam on next submittal and show that they meet a max of 12'.
