A sample of a site plan can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf Include all information shown on the sample site plan on the next submittal including lot coverage calculations, heights and adjacent zoning. 2.COMMENT: Show the correct orientation of the lot in the next submittal. 3.COMMENT: If both sheds are to be setback 3’ from the east and west respectively, then neighbor signoffs will be required for both the neighbor to the east and the west of the subject property. 4.COMMENT: the neighbor signoff statements and signatures must be placed on the site plan on the next submittal. They cannot be included as a separate page, ensure the signoff are included on the site plan on the next submittal.
