Please add the following to the residential plot plan that meets all requirements shown at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. a. The zoning of all the adjacent parcels b. Show all easements of record on the property c. Show the location of the nearest fire hydrant d. Provide all of the setback measurements, including all existing and proposed structures. 2. Ensure all structures on the property are on the site plan. There appear to be some small accessory structures in the backyard. a. If those structures are still present, they need to be added to the site plan with full dimensions, setbacks, and height. b.
