7.7. Native Plant Preservation
An approved Native Plant Preservation Plan Sections 7.7.4 is required in accordance with Sections 7.7.3.D.3 & .4 of the Unified Development Code (UDC) is required prior to Grading Plan approval.
By far, the best way to satisfy this requirement is to preserve 30% of the lot as Natural Undisturbed Open Space. On this site, indicate that the existing vegetation along the drainage area on the north side of the property and other existing trees on the lot will remain in place.
