This site is located in C-2 zone, (4.7.21). Food service is an allowed use in the zone (Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P.

Zoning acknowledges that you state a DP has been submitted. Following discussions with staff there is has not been a submittal for a DP at this time. Once it is submitted, reviewed, if approvable Zoning will approve this plan.

As you are proposing an expansion of use area a development package meeting the requirements of the checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf.
