Please add all of the dimensions of the primary structure and the proposed carport/garage to the site plan. 2. Show the setback measurements for every structure on the property, including the existing residence. 3. Please add a full lot coverage calcuation. 4. Zoning is unable to tell if the proposed structure is attached or detached. Please adjust the lines so each part of the site plan is clear. If the garage and carport are to be detached, the height of the structure exeeds the 12' height maximum for accessory structures. If the proposal is for the structure to be detached, a 5' wide roof attachment that can handle a 20' live load can be added between the primary structure and the accessory structure. Please provide more information for zoning to be able to review. 5.
