Section 410.3, IPC 2018 clearly states that a minimum of two drinking fountains are required, one for people that use a wheelchair and one for standing persons. Alternatively, a drinking fountain with two spouts (one high and one low) is acceptable. [Initial comment: Provide the number of drinking fountains that complies with the requirements of Sections 2902.1 and 2902.5, IBC 2018 and Section 410.3, IPC 2018.]
