COMMENT: The street perimeter yard setbacks are measured from the property line to the post of the awning. It appears the dimensions provided on the site plan are for the distance between the street and the property; however, the dimensions for the distance between the property line and the structure should be provided (UDC, 6.4.5.C.1). 02. COMMENT: Demonstrate the awnings are setback 20' from the eastern property line to the structure and 10' from the southern property line to the structure (UDC, 6.4.5.C.1). The overhang of the awnings may encroach 2' into the setback requirements (UDC, 6.4.5.D.2).
