This comment was not addressed. The plot plan shall at least provide the following: a. Owners name b. Legal description c. Perimeter yard setbacks d. Zoning of the parcel and adjacent parcels e. Parcel dimensions Provider a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. This plot plan shall clearly show the proposed addition to the existing shed along with perimeter yard setbacks. Once a plot plan is provided the required Zoning comments for Historic review can be provided. 2. Zoning cannot approve the plan until Historic Review has been completed. |

SECTIONS - DETAILS: Provide structural details showing code compliant materials and fasteners from the foundation to the roof covering of new exterior walls. Include the foundation dimensions and floor separation from grade. Show rating of insulation both walls and ceiling. New exterior walls require compliant attachment to a foundation with minimum 6" spacing above exterior grade. MECHANICAL PLANS: Show any alterations. ELECTRICAL PLANS: Show any alterations.
