COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8).

Provider a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. This plot plan shall clearly show the proposed addition to the existing shed along with perimeter yard setbacks. Once a plot plan is provided the required Zoning comments for Historic review can be provided.

FRAMING PLAN:

Provide a roof framing plan showing beam, rafter and header locations and sizes.

SECTIONS - DETAILS:

Provide structural details showing code compliant materials and fasteners from the foundation to the roof covering of new exterior walls. Include the foundation dimensions and floor separation from grade. Show rating of insulation both walls and ceiling. New exterior walls require compliant attachment to a foundation with minimum 6" spacing above exterior grade.
