A single-family residence is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. 1. This comment was not addressed. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. Until this plot plan is provided perimeter yard setback requirements cannot be verified. The following will need to be addressed on the plot plan: i. Drawn at an engineering scale, i.e. 1” = 10’ or 1” = 20’. There is a plot plan available in the COT PDSD Records Department, https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pro/pdsd/activity_search, put in activity number T17CM09292, scroll down to Documents and select VIEW for the CONSTRPLANS and print.. ii. Provide property dimensions. iii. Provide the legal description. iv. Provide owners name. v. Provide the property address. vi. Provide the zoning of the parcel and adjacent parcels. vii. Show all utilities on the plan. viii. Provide the height for the fire place and fountain. ix. Provide setback dimensions from the fire place and fountain to the north and west property line.
