Provide separate response letter covering the revisions to the site plan (Sheet 1 of 2) by the preparer of the revised site plan.

Sheet 2 of 2

1. Per the April 25, 2014 COT-CCO Agreement (Point #3), replacement or reinstallation of any missing or removed parts is precluded after the expiration of the 180 day review period after the posting of review comments on the original submittal, unless a written request for a one-time 180 day extension of the review period is filed; provide documentation that such a written request for the one-time 180 day extension of the review period was filed with PDSD by November 28. 2021.

2. The removed light fixtures may not be replaced or reinstalled (see Comment #3 below) and all electrical parts have therefore become unused and obsolete; above 1st paragraph of Scope of Work, insert a paragraph providing for removal of the electric panel, meter, meter socket, ballasts, conduit and all other existing electrical parts from the billboard structure.

A second filing under this same activity number (T21CM03844) occurred on May 3, 2022; this filing was simply characterized in email subject lines and text as a resubmittal and appeared to be no more than a reentry of the same April 20 submittal (due to the number of April applications having exceeded the Stipulation limit and as had occurred with another May 3 filing (T22BU00100)); instead, the May 3 filing was a new and separate plan for electrical work, consistent with the June 1, 2021 comment on the original structural plan that any proposed electrical work needed to be submitted under a separate plan. Below are comments on this second submittal for electrical work:

The application is denied per the following:

3. Per Subparagraph 8.5 and Exhibit 9, Subsection 4(g) of the Stipulation, top-mounted fluorescent light fixtures have not been replaceable parts since November 16, 2017 and per the April 25, 2014 COT-CCO Agreement (Point #2) removed or missing may only be replaced or reinstalled if they are replaceable; further, due to the degree of damage that the existing light fixtures sustained, their replacement is precluded by Exhibit 9, Subsection 4(g) of the Stipulation alone

4. Per the April 25, 2014 COT-CCO Agreement (Point #3), replacement or reinstallation of any missing or removed parts is precluded after the expiration of the 180 day review period after the posting of review comments on the original submittal, unless a written request for a one-time 180 day extension of the review period is filed; the original 180 days expired on November 28, 2021 and the application contains no documentation that such a written request for the one-time 180 day extension of the review period for the electrical plans was filed with PDSD by November 28, 2021.
