Show the parcel boundary line to which the 1152’ dimension in the aerial photograph underlay plan relates to; preferably depict the whole parcel with the existing billboard footprint and I-10 setback dimension in a separate detail; if showing entire parcel is not practical due to size show at least include the parcel boundary lines to the east and southeast and Houghton Road. 2. In Title Block, complete title to “Billboard Repair Site Plan”. Sheet 2 of 2 1. In 3rd sentence of 1st paragraph of Scope of Work, conform the number of stringer pieces to that shown in East Sign Face Elevation (appears to be four, rather than two). 2. In 2nd paragraph of Scope Of work, clarify by adding “in third row from top” or similar in 1st sentence, and revising “upper” to read “two upper rows of” or similar in 2nd sentence. 3. In Scope Of Work, delete 5th paragraph (any electrical work is to be applied for under a separate electrical repair permit application). 4. Add standard note on removal of light fixtures from the site, replicating Billboard Note #11 on Sheet 1. 5. In Side View, for 3rd stinger row from top, clarify that one piece is to remain and one piece is to be replaced with (like) new. 6. In East Sign Face Elevation, add depiction of two (covered) back rails to remain, including full dimensions (see T17BU00055, Sheet 2) 7. In East Sign Face Elevation, delete depiction of overhead light fixtures (see Comment #3 above) 8. In Partial Vicinity Map, revise the approximate dimension to the southeast (being far closer to 3/4 mile than the 1 mile shown). 9. Delete Existing Light Arm Support Mounting detail (see Comment #3 above) |
