Marijuana Dispensary is a permitted use subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.9.E.1. 1. This comment was not addressed. As site work is proposed, fencing and flexmode additions a Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 shall be submitted and approved prior to approval of this plan. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plan and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using the submission type Site Review”. 2. As you are proposing an expansion of use area for a Marijuana Dispensary a new Marijuana Location approval letter must be applied for, requirements can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/medical_marijuana_application_031512.pdf. 3. Per UDC Article 4.9.9.E.1.b A medical marijuana dispensary shall be located in a permanent building and shall not be located in a trailer, cargo container, mobile or modular unit, mobile home, recreational vehicle, or other motor vehicle.
