Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Details 20 and 21 shown on Drawing S1.5 are not marked anywhere on the Floor Plans. Remove these if they are not used. 2. Roof drainage and secondary drains are to comply with IBC 1502.1. 3. Refer Drg. S1.0. Loads: Ultimate wind speed is correctly called as 115 mph. Design wind speed (Vasd) is called 85 mph. Verify and make corrections as needed. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied The R-3 fire area is required to be protected by an automatic sprinkler system per 903.2.8.1 2. The separation after the installation of the sprinkler system is required to be of 1 hour fire resistance rated construction per Table 508.4. The separation is required to be fire barriers. Section 420 does not apply to mixed occupancies. The R-3 requirements of Chapter 9 apply as they are the most restrictive per Section 508.4.1.
