Inspector to verify Foundation info on Drawing S1.0 and the Geotechnical Report. 2. Roof drainage and secondary drains are to comply with IBC 1502.1. 3. Refer Drg. S1.0. Loads: Ultimate wind speed is correctly called as 115 mph. Design wind speed (Vasd) is called 85 mph. Verify and make corrections as needed. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Conditionally Approved E4.0 ONE LINE DIAGRAM, PANEL SCHEDULES AND CALCULATIONS: No electrical issues. Arc flash calculations for Panels L1 and L2 are reversed. No effect on design. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved NOTE: Every effort has been made to identify code violations.
