A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10 1. For the proposed shop to be considered attached to the main dwelling the proposed breeze way is required to have a roof system that supports a 20 lb live load and allows someone to walk across the roof. 2. Based on current aerial photos there are at least three (3) sheds or shade structures show north of the existing detached garage that are not shown on this plan. Show all structures on the plan. Based on aerial photos the larger of the three (3) shows up on site sometime after 2012 and it does not appear that permits where approved.
