A single-family residence is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. 1. This comment was not addressed correctly. The Grading plan is a separate submittal from the building plan and should be submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp using the submission type “Site Review”. Per General Note 10 on the final plat and General Note 17 on the tentative plat a grading plan must be submitted and approved prior to approval of the building plans. The grading plan shall meet the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-06 & Technical Standard Section 2, https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/tucson/latest/tucson_az_udc/0-0-0-1.
