This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.9). Single-family residential is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9 & .10. 1. Zoning acknowledges that Board of Adjustment case T21SA00195 has been approved but it does not appear that Condition A has been addressed. Cleary shown how the condition is addressed on the plan. 2. Provide a general note on the plan stating the Board of Adjustment case number, date of approval, what was modified and all conditions of approval.
