Also check the beams supporting these planks and submit the calculations. 2. The Professional Engineer Stamp on the Drawing shows that it is expiring 12/31/2020. Submit documentation that it has ben renewed. 3. The exit in the center of the building does provide protection all the way to the exit discharge. Once exiting the protected stair well and rated enclosure, the occupant is in an unprotected foyer area. Once entering the exit the level of safety cannot be decreased. 2. The second accessible exit is not shown. If it is through the enclosure and foyer the same issue applies as above. Additional exit lighting may be required. 3.
