A single-family residence is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. 1. The proposed revision outlined changes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. However, the layout of the addition as it relates to the property appears to have changed. This needs to be resolved. 2. The approved plans illustrate a setback on the south property line of 8'8". The Revision illustrates a proposed setback of 4'6" and 5'8". Based on a wall height of 10'8" the minimum required setback is 7'2". 3. A redesign to meet minimum setbacks or approval of a Design Development Option is required.
