Provide clarification on how this occupancy interacts with the rest of the building. The cover sheet states that it is nonseparated mixed use. Provide evidence that this tenant space complies with section 508. 4. This occupancy is required to be protected by a NFPA 13 sprinkler system per Section 903.2.4. 5. The breakroom occupant load is not calculated. Provide a proper occupant load calculation for the breakroom. 6. The floor plan indicate wall type tags. No wall types are provided.
