COMMENT: Zoning cannot approve the proposed plan until the previous zoning reviewer's comments are addressed. Please address the following comments: 02. COMMENT: After comparing the aerials to the plot plan, it has come to my attention that there is a possible non-permitted porch addition on the Northwest portion of the house. After doing research on PRO, there were no records for the porch addition that could be verified or found. If no permits are available relocate the solar panel away from the porch structure or a permit must be obtained for the porch addition. 03.
