Please address the following comments. o COMMENT: After comparing the aerials to the plot plan it has come to my attention that there is a possible non-permitted porch addition on the South portion of the house. After doing research on PRO there were no records for the porch addition that could be verified or found. If no permits are available relocate the solar panel away from the porch structure or a permit must be obtained for the porch addition. o This site is located in the NR-1 zone (UDC 5.10.3 o Prior to zoning approval an NPZ review and approval is required. Owner is proposing to add a PV system in porch to the rear of the existing dwelling.
