05/27/2021 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change An approved development plan is not to be used for construction of or connection to on-site utilities (e.g. water service to the building, building sewer, etc.). Provide a site plan showing the installation of the water service to the building and the connection to the site sewer and storm drain as part of the drawing set (i.e. not for “reference only”). Reference: Sections 107.2.1 and 107.2.6, IBC 2018. [Initial comment: Provide the civil drawings referenced on sheet MP11.1 showing the site sewer and the storm drain connected to the proposed parking garage. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.]

06/15/2021 DAN SANTA CRUZ ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change Please address the following electrical plan review comments. Also provide a written response.

The revised outdoor lighting calculations are not sufficient to verify complete compliance with the Outdoor Lighting Code. See section 104, (Plan, Permit Submittal requirements).

#1. As requested in the previous electrical plan review comments. Please verify luminaire inventory as entered into the lumen calculations. For example, there are 12 ‘K’ luminaires shown on the plans. Please clarify how a total of 96 are accounted for in the calculations. Not sure how the word “TYPICAL” ( Keynote 5) is applied. Also, 106 ‘PG’ luminaires are shown on the lighting plans and 85 were accounted for in the lumen calculations. Please recheck all luminaire quantities for accuracy and correlate with the lumen calculations.

#2. The quantity of ‘K’ type luminaires changed from the 1st submittal as shown on the lighting plans. ‘K’ luminaires not shown on the 3rd floor on the 2nd submittal. Please clarify.

Please recheck luminaire inventory and adjust the lumen calculations as necessary.
