08/17/2021 | ERIC NEWCOMB | BUILDING-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Reqs Change | 1. General: This is not the repair, using like for like materials, of existing wood structures that were damaged by the wind. This is the construction of new metal structures with new foundations. The Site Plan (not part of the first submittal) indicates two new metal ramadas (12' x 24' and 18' x 18'), new steel purlins, new steel pole columns, new metal roof deck, and new foundations at the pole columns. The Revision Letter (not part of the first submittal), indicates a new steel structure. The original Application indicated "old autobay wooden structures were damaged in wind storm". This is not replacing like for like wood structures, but rather constructing two new steel structures. This permit will require drawings, specifications, notes, details, and structural calculations prepared by a registered design professional and resubmitted as a revision to the original documents. |
