This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Automotive: Major Service and Repair (excluding bodywork and paint-booths) (Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.E.

1. Based on recent aerial photos it appears that structures have been added to the site. Provide a copy of the last approved commercial site plan that shows the configures as you have submitted. If there is no site plan than a new Development Package (DP) will need to be submitted and approved. This DP shall meet the requirements of Administrative Manual Section 2-06.
