This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Food Service is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P.

Provide a detail comment response letter with the next submittal.

1. This comment was not addressed. The square footage for this building listed on DP20-0274 is now listed at 1,950, Cover sheet of the plan lists it at 2,175, clarify the difference. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP20-0274 and it appears that there is a discrepancy in the square footage shown on the building plan 2,175 and the DP 1,850. The building and DP should match, clarify the difference. Also until the DP is approved Zoning cannot approve the building plans.

2. Zoning cannot approve the building plan until the DP is approved.
