09/07/2021 JBROWN2 HISTORIC REVIEW Reqs Change Page A2.4 depicts window C and D as 2/4 double hung. The plans reviewed and approved by BHHZAB and PRS show these windows as 2/2 double hung. I have never seen a historic window with fewer panes on the upper sash than the bottom sash. Is there any indication in the rails/stiles that additional muntins were present?
On the same page, window E shows a 6/6 window, but a 2/2 window was what was previously approved. In this instance, the existing window is a 6/6 and it seems appropriate to replace as such.
