The site is in the Barrio Historico district. Historic review required. 2. The proposed conversion includes site work (parking, gate, landscaping). A development package will be required. 3. Based on the provided Property Record Card, conversion of the building to retail will not constitute a change of use. If site work is removed, a development package will not be required. 4.
