COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review comments were addressed.

1. The site is in the Barrio Historico district. Historic review required.
2. The proposed conversion includes site work (parking, gate, landscaping). A development package will be required.
3. Based on the provided Property Record Card, conversion of the building to retail will not constitute a change of use. If site work is removed, a development package will not be required.
4. The ramp work will require a right-of-way use permit.
