Per the previous electrical plan review comment, #2. There was no response addressing NEC 230.2 compliance for allowing a second electrical service on the same building.. The special conditions in 230.2 do not qualify the allowance of the second service. Increase the existing service to the capacity required to handle the additional load. Or you have the option to appeal to the Chief Building Official for a code variance. The increase to a 400 amp 3 phase electrical service will require a professional electrical design Registrant.
