This comment was not addressed. Provide a perimeter yard setback dimension from the post supporting the shade structure to the west property line. If the overhang distance from the post supporting the shade structure is greater than 2’-0” the perimeter yard setback is measure from the allowed 2’-0” overhang not the post. Base on a 12’-0” height the required perimeter yard setback to the west property line is 8’-0”. A reduced perimeter yard setback can be approved if the adjacent owner is willing to sign a setback waiver. To secure the setback waiver provide the statement below on the site plan, sheet PV-2 and have the owner of the property to the west must sign and date. COMMENT: Required setback for an R-1 Zone is 6’ or 2/3 *Height (whichever is greater). Provide a setback dimensions for the shade structure to the eastern property line.
