This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Multifamily is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4).

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP21-0004 and although the building plans appear to match the DP until the DP is approved Zoning cannot approve the building plans.

2. The development package (DP) sheets provided in the building plan set either need to be the stamped approved DP sheets, marked “FOR REFERENCE ONLY”, or be removed from the building plan set.
