Zoning did a cursory review and it appears that the building plans match DP21-0143 but until at least one review of the DP has been completed Zoning cannot confirm. Until DP21-0143 is approved Zoning cannot approve the building plan. As the only reviews remaining on the building plan are Zoning and Engineering, and they will not be able to approve the building plan until the DP is approved, please do not resubmit the building plans until the DP has been approved by all review agencies.
