As this is a commercial site and you are proposing a new structure a Development Package (DP), commercial site plan, is required to be submitted and approved prior to approval of the building plans. At a minimum the DP must meet the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf.
