COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8).

This site is located in the OCR-2 zone (UDC 4.7.27) and the Rio Nuevo Area (RNA) (UDC 5.12.7).

The scope of work is unclear but it appears that an addition to the top of the building is proposed and some type of outdoor seating within the right-of-way. Any proposed exterior work at a minimum require RNA & Historic review. Any additions or outdoor seating will require a development package.
