Building 1 5) S2.1: Provide information about the thickness and reinforcing of the concrete slab on grade. show control joints (saw-cut), lay-out 6) S2.1: Please label the continuous wall footings at grids 4,5 & 6 between A&E grids. 7) S2.1: Show footing on grid 2A. 8) S2.2: At unit B there is a B-9 (2)2x12 beam at 2nd level located between E&F grids. Both end reactions of this beam receives loads from the levels above and loads the edge of interior bearing wall. Check the end studs of the opening . You may need a wood post or multiple studs to support the concentrated load. 9) S2.3; At third level of unit B there is a beam between Grids E & F which is not labelled. 10) See A3.0 /Detail 8; provide information for the tube steel frame member size and its welded connections ,including corrugated sheet attachment. 11) S4.1; At section 9 ;specify the distance between grade and top of footing. 12) S2.4: Show roof top units on roof framing plan including equipment platform. 13) S2.4: Section mark on grid J cut thru B-11 Beam needs to be labelled. 14) Provide a typical section at balconies of the 2nd and 3rd level. Building 2 15) S3.1: At Foundation plan ;show saw-cut layout. 16) S3.2: Show roof top units on roof framing plan. 17) Both buildings : provide a wind design calculation as per ASCE 7-16/section 29.4.1 and detail the connection between the unit and curb and also between the curb and roof framing. Detail the opening at unit location. ( Make calculation and detail for the worst condition only. 18) Please respond in writing. Provide a brief narrative for the revisions.
