This site is located in the HR-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6.

1. Provide a plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf

2. Provide the height of the propose ramadas so that perimeter yard setbacks can be verified.

Once the above comments are addressed Zoning will be able to provide the required Final UDC Compliance Review Zoning comments for the Historic review. The Historic application/submittal should be submitted at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd-filedrop, under “Submission Type, Special Applications, Historic Review”
