As this is a commercial site a Development Package (DP), commercial site plan, is required for the addition of the propane tank. This DP will need to meet the requirements for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial sites. The requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf The DP is a separate submittal from the building plan and is submitted via the Online Building Permit Application at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/apply-permit, Under “Submission Type*” select “Site Review: Pre-Submittals and Full Applications for Development Package or Land Division” Once the DP has been submitted and approved Zoning will be able to approve this plan.
