COMMENTS:
Demonstrate compliance with UDC, Section 6.6.2.I. The maximum hieght a wall/fence in the perimeter yard shall not exceed 6'; however, the wall/fence may be up to 10' so long as the area above 6' is unobstructed with architectural elements such as columns, or wrought iron.

Clarify the height of the shed - demonstrate compliance with UDC, Section 6.6.3.C. the maximum height of the detached, accessory structure is 12'

The setback is measured from the property line to the proposed structure, not the fence. Please correct this meaurement on the south property boundary on your site plan.

The proposed shed is not meeting the setback requirements to the west - 1.5 times the height of the structure. A neighbor waiver sign off can reduce the setback down to 1'. I will send this lanuage to you in an email, just add the statement to your next submission with the neighbor sign-off if you choose to keep the shed at the proposed location.
