Please correct this meaurement on the south property boundary on your site plan. The proposed shed is not meeting the setback requirements to the west - 1.5 times the height of the structure. A neighbor waiver sign off can reduce the setback down to 1'. I will send this lanuage to you in an email, just add the statement to your next submission with the neighbor sign-off if you choose to keep the shed at the proposed location. |
