3) Provide summary of cumulative drifts from wind and seismic forces for the 4-story building. Demonstrate that maximum story drift under seismic forces ASCE 7-16 section 12.12 or serviceability limit of H/400 under wind load is not exceeded.
4) Provide information on the framing plans about floor and roof diaphragm shears, collectors and drag forces.
5) Provide C&C wind design pressures for windows and doors.
6) Provide C&C wind design uplifts for roofing attachment based on zones and tributary area of 10 sq.ft. List also C&C roof uplift pressures for roof trusses based on their tributary area.
7) S2.0: Keynote # 4 refers shaded areas. Please show on plan with the extend of the area with mild steel.
