Provide zinc paint (approved by the galvanizer) and apply as required to the weld and steel area to provide protection. 6. Roof drainage and secondary drains are to comply with IBC 1502.1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP21-0004 and although it appears that the building plans match the DP the building plans cannot be approve until the DP is approved. 2. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set either need to be the stamped approved development package sheets, removed from the building plan set or mark as for reference only. If you elect to remove the development packs sheets or mark for reference only, ensure that sheet 6, Utility Plan, stays in the building set and is not marked for reference only.
