AWS D-19.0 calls for welds on galvanized steel to be free of zinc. Field welds on galvanized parts requires the removal of the
zinc coating in the area of weld. Provide zinc paint (approved by the galvanizer) and apply as required to the weld and
steel area to provide protection.
6. Roof drainage and secondary drains are to comply with IBC 1502.1.

meter can needs to provide circuit protection ie a 200 amp circuit breaker needs to be part of the design.
Usually, the design would rely upon a service rated panel (the panel would have a 200-amp service
rated CB) or the riser detail (E0.1) would show a CB as part of the meter disconnect. Cannot determine
if an approved TEP meter socket provides this circuit protection.

This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Food Service is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4) Subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP21-0004 and although it appears that the building plans match the DP the building plans cannot be approve until the DP is approved.

2. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set either need to be the stamped approved development package sheets, removed from the building plan set or mark as for reference only. If you elect to remove the development packs sheets or mark for reference only, ensure that sheet 6, Utility Plan, stays in the building set and is not marked for reference only.
