1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve until a Development Package meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-06 has been submitted and approved. Based on the expansion calculation provided on this building plan, 37% the site will need to be brought up to full code compliance to include but not limited to, vehicle & bicycle parking, pedestrian circulation, solid waste, etc.

2. Provide a copy of the last approved development package/site plan with your development package submittal.

3. Provide a copy of Rezoning case C9-75-11 with your development package submittal.
