Per UDC Article 6.3.3.C this site is considered nonresidential and requires a Development Package (DP), commercial site plan, that meets the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-06. This plan will include commercial vehicle and bicycle parking, landscape, pedestrian circulation, etc. Until a DP is submitted and approved the building plans cannot be approved.
