This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). An administrative office is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-5) Subject to Use-Specific Standards 4.9.13.Q.

Provide documentation that the entire structure was approved as a commercial use. Based on the Pima County Assessor’s information it was only a portion of the structure that was used as a commercial use. If there is no documentation a Development Package meeting Administrative Manual 2-06 will be required to be submitted and approved prior to this building plan.
