If you believe that the tire center is more like a parking garage than a repair garage, you may submit an appeal to the building official to allow the implementation of 2-level exhaust with carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide sensors along the lines of Section 404.1, IMC 2018 [Second comment: Provide the schedule of operation for the existing exhaust fans, EF20 and EF-21.
