This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9.

1. Clearly show that the rear porch is to be permitted on the site plan. There is a rear porch that shows up on aerial photos sometime after 2016 that does not appear to be permitted. Provide permit documentation for this porch or include it in this permit.

2. The drawing files shall be submitted as a single multi-page pdf file.
